Lucy Whitlow, fell in love with cheesemaking in 2020 and developed her know-how at Long Paddock with globally-renowned professional cheese expert, Ivan Larcher. Supplementing these learnings with her culinary prowess and give-it-a-go attitude, she now produces unique cheeses, employing a range of technical and artisanal techniques in her urban fromagerie on-site at Grana.

Lucy’s Tomme cheeses, made with milk sourced from Gippsland Jersey cows, are aged in our custom, humidity-controlled cheese fridges. Each cheese receives her artful touch via rubs, infusing flavours like orange peel and a blend of cocoa and truffle. Whitlow’s Wheels exemplify the skill and creativity that have become Lucy’s signature.
