Our Executive Pastry Chef, Lucy Whitlow,
started making cheese in lockdown 2020.


She developed her learning at Long Paddock

with globally-renowned professional

cheese expert Ivan Larcher.


Adding her new found knowledge to her culinary prowess and a “give-it-a-go” attitude, she now produces unique cheese employing a range of culinary techniques in her urban fromagerie, on site at Grana.
